Jaleco Ltd. was the second iteration of the company, spun off from the original Jaleco to continue its games business when it was reorganized in 2006 as Jaleco Holdings. Jaleco Holdings sold the company and the rights to the Jaleco name to Game Yarou in January 2009, after which its business was primarily mobile game production and licensing of its legacy properties. The company suspended business in 2013, and the rights to Jaleco's games catalog were sold to City Connection. The company closed entirely in May 2014 following the bankruptcy of parent company Game Yarou.
