極東電脳企画（Kyokutou Dennou Kikaku）is a Japanese amateur game development circle founded in 1997 by friends who attended the same vocational school. The group initially planned several projects, including 『蒼星夢譚レイラローヴァ』 and 『はぐれ冒険紀譚ファガストラート』, but both projects were eventually shelved. After the development team took shape, production of 『はぐれ冒険紀譚ファガストラート』 began, but it was suspended again after the departure of a key member. The circle later continued as a platform for works produced independently by its members and collaborators. Its completed works include the 『流れる雲を抱きしめて』 series. The circle's core members included Longpeace, bakeQ, 松茸α, ＮＡＮＡＥ and 風魔. It also collaborated with Waffle and Little Wing. According to the circle's own description, its activities included introducing creative doujin games through the Internet, collaborative production, and communication between circles and individuals.
